MonteStructura was founded by Philip Tytus, an international dairy design consultant with 20 years of experience working on dairy projects across the globe.
Born and professionally shaped in Europe and now based in the United States, he combines European design discipline with American scale and global project experience.
His work includes:
- on-site project involvement across multiple continents
- design and optimization of farms ranging from small operations to large-scale developments
- expertise in automated and high-capacity dairy systems
- concept development for diverse climates — from cold regions to desert environments
With a strong focus on the major transitions shaping the dairy industry — automation, digitalization, AI-supported planning, and sustainability — his approach is forward-looking while remaining grounded in practical farm operations.
